So the timing has reverted back to the garbage they tried to implement last year? Junk.

It’s slightly better than last year... But still missing things that the original had... For example, picking a driver and been able to tell the difference per sector to the guys in front and behind that driver... Have to make the math on your own if interested in that.

Don’t they realize that the ones using that are in there for the times/deltas? They need a regular fan to advise them!

2018 lap was done on ultrasofts, his fastest time today is on C3 tires. Harder tires, yes.

I believe c4 is the red soft tyre here so comparable to ultra soft. The gap back to midfield looks same as usual, no sign of them closing up to within half a second as rumours suggested. Also either Ferrari drivers are that close or they drove to match Hamilton's lap time and have plenty in hand.

If FP1 is the sign of things to come, then Ricciardo is in for a really rough whipping from Hulkenburg.
Hulk missed a huge chunk of FP, yet was leagues faster than Ric.

As for the rest of the field? Normal service. Usual culprits at the front, no change in midfield and back-marker badges.
