Very much doubt it, partly because the timing screens take the data from the drivers fastest lap (which was obviously his 2nd run) but mostly because a 200-300m slipstream isn’t going to alleviate probably 20kph of lost apex speed and the massive snap of wheel spin he got on the exit.
I’m not going to get too unrealistic for the race today; any sort of points would be good but a double points finish would be a great result. Given that the front four are way up the road and the Red Bulls are much better in race trim (to such an extent I expect Gasly to reach the points along with Verstappen) that only leaves four points scoring places with the Haas cars probably most likely for them unless they manage to bin it again.
