Hamilton knows Leclerc's star is rising and being kind to him reflects well back on him.

Leclerc and Norris are the future of this sport, both class acts and haven't put a foot wrong yet.....

Or he was just being nice to the guy...

I’d put Russell in that category as well however he is seriously hamstrung ATM.

Holy balls, the Sky commentary team are so obnoxious! Vettel was an absolute cucumber, but the way they were interviewing Binotto was just embarrassing.

Vettel sounds like he's seen the future...

I can't believe how Lucky Lewis is.
He knows it:
Pete Bonnington, Hamilton's race engineer says: "Get in there Lewis - that was a hell of a race and an awesome drive."

Hamilton: "Guys, that was extremely unfortunate for Charles. He drove such a great race! We've got work to do to try and keep these guys on our tails."
I know, it wasn't a criticism against Lewis. He has done everything perfectly well.

I don't think that Mercedes are the only clever ones not pushing the PU. Ferrari usually is clearly slower on Fridays and starts pushing on Saturday. This time they went for a different programme to analyse the changes they have done to the car after Melbourne.

So you might think you're on something with your theory, but I very much doubt that the MGU-K broke down because they were pushing a bit more than others earlier this weekend...
Read back my message and point to the exact sentence that I claimed the MGU-K broke down because they were pushing more than Merc.

Strawmen don't win arguments.

Agreed. How do Ferrari now handle Vettel’s No 1 position now?

Hamilton in perticular doesn’t need an invitation to take advantage and if the Ferraris are going to tear lumps out of each other!!!!
I mention Hamilton because again Bottas today has shown he is too hot and cold.

He has been the unluckiest driver on so many heart breaking occasions. If anyone, it's him who understands Leclerc's pain.

When Lewis was bigging up Leclerc saying he's got many more wins coming in the future he's playing mind games with Vettel.

Including a certain race in China in 2007.
