In his tweet he says Gasly's rear wing produces less downforce than that of Verstappen. I think he means Verstappen's wing is deeper. But is the difference really the thickness of the mainplane? The diffuser is an aerodynamic and not a mechanical part of the car.
Correct, but they are not pre mounted at factory. And the team told media that the culprit was factory pre mounted parts.
