Must to have missed that, thanks.
I even have to see if it will ever happen. Petrobras also sponsored Williams some years ago and they never used their lubricants. This is also probably the better way to go, using the same stuff as the engine supplier.
agree, they should do it the RBR way, when Tag Heuer bought the engine name.

Jep, If there would be any kind of advantage over the standerd lubricants and fuel, it would be so small against steep costs, that it would be very inefficient.

But to out lube the manufacturer for who the ICE is designed, is almost impossible.

Red Bull even bought additional PU's from Renault for Mobil1. That's why they had to wait several times to extract the most out of a update.

Any onboard of Carlos during the race? Didn't see where he re-passed Ricciardo.
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

it happened not long after the pit-stop. Ricardo came out on Hard, while Carlo had Mediums.

It'll really be tough to win the Indy 500... But a strong showing could do wonders for the brand, bringing more sponsorship from the States. If we can get one really big corporation that would be willing to pay the rate card for an F1 title sponsor, that would be a success.

I've done some minimum corner speed analysis for as many teams as I could using Juzh's onboard lap repository (thanks for posting these laps Juzh!) to see where McLaren stand relative to competition. Obviously, concrete conclusions cannot be made from these results as there are many variables such as for example, driver error and the duration of travel at these minimum speeds, that affect these results and their validity. Nevertheless, it did yield some interesting results.

Where are these laps posted, would be great to get an average.

Judging by the article it doesn't seem Seidl realize Toro Rosso screwed up the pitstop. He seems to attribute it to pitstop strategy. And the fact that Norris got no penalty points or grid penalty for next race just goes to show some of the inconsistent stewarding and bias. Can't wait to hear Palmer's assessment.
