Jock Clear is the problem, not Mattia.
Why did the leave leclerc in the garage?!!
Ferrari keep shooting down their #2 drivers. Things don't look so bad when kimi and massa were playing second fiddle now.. Ferarri just doesn't know how to run two cars at the same time.
For Sure!!

It’s a catalogue of Ferrari errors though.

Drivers...Leclerc misses the weighbridge. Vettel clips the wall and has to get the car checked putting him out of step.

Team...Decides to leave Leclerc in the pits whilst his teammate knocks him out.

This what I meant by Ferrari having fundamental issues with their team setup. There are too many errors across the board for it to be just bad luck.

I know it wasn't direcly Mattia's fault, but I believe any manager is responsible for everything that happens under his command, and the things happening with Ferrari this year are unacceptable for any Formula One team, let alone Ferrari.
And no, I'm not a Ferrari fan, this is as unbiased as an opinion can be.

isn't that strategist job? I mean, Clear is his "Coach" not race engineer or strategist.

Whoever it is decides strategies in race and qualifying is the one at fault. Ferrari have always been bad with strategies for years now but it's getting out of hand this year, whoever is responsible for this should at the very least come out to public and take responsibility for this and then Ferrari should start taking actions to solve this problem and as far as I know the main strategy guy at Ferrari is Inaki Rueda if he's not changed positions since last year.

Ferrari would do well to offer Paddy Lowe a contract.
"Sebastian there's very, you're a member of a very select few.. Stewart, Lauda, Piquet, Senna, Prost, Schumacher, Fangio.. VETTEL!"

Yeah, the "useless" Bottas is being shown up by his team mate. Oh, wait, that's not right is it?

He's never been stellar at Monaco all about flow and momentum maintenance not deep late braking, I wouldn't be surprised if Bottas keeps his two tenths lead here and goes four poles in a row.

In the event that's directed at me, I never doubted Bottas. I was one of the only ones in 2017 who was supporting him :) .

In any case, just talking about Ham's scruffy sessions, irrelevant of anyone else's performance.
