The rules will be the same next year. I think Ferrari has a chance to win a few races this year and finish the season on a par with Mercedes in terms of performance. Mercedes does not have as much advantage as it had in 2016. You can catch up with them. Of course, it is impossible to overtake them in the point classification.

Pre Barcelona spec RW here in France (top) only 6 vertical RW strakes vs 7 introduced in Barcelona (bottom pic from Monaco) though it seems they've already reverted back to the old spec in Canada.
