I'd be shocked if Renault made Hulkenberg take his 5th unit at their home GP, not to mention Sainz's 4th... Imagine that story: "Half of the Renault powered cars start at the back at home GP".. doubt that is the publicity Renault wants. If there is a power bump, my money is it will be without an element change.

edit: in a way, the cape seems quite a natural evolution from the front wing mounting panes, looking at those two pics comparing before and after. Also, this cape, in shape at the front, seems the most similar to how Mercedes did it (which makes sense, McLaren and Force India have slits in the nose that interact differently with that aero, I'd tink).

How so?, with limited undercut and a greater emphasis on convex surfaces? I can see the leading edge of the sidepod in one of the pics above, but no overall view yet.

Not the entire sidepod tho but the cooling inlets look very similar along with the kind of wing/flap thingy above it done you think?

not just the sidepod. Have a look at the floor of the RB15 and the RS19 version looks like a slightly less evolved version.
