Hulkenberg deserved a penalty, like Vettel 2 weeks before. Steward inconsistencies yet again.

Both times a German pushing off an English man, score now 1.1, the referee has evened up the score

I found it interesting what Palmer says (from 10:42) about Norris trying an overtake on Hülkenberg , who basically pushes him off the track - more or less:
