isnt it nice not to be remotely concerned for Mclaren dropping out in Q1 (crazy fast Lando second run)

Absolutely!

Still tight for q2 though, any minor mistakes and your out! Haas looking quick, and the Alfas have made a good step the last 2 weekends.

McLaren should try to get Norris on Mediums to Q3 with Sainz towing him.

Probably no chance of that, but the tow is on!

EDIT: Looks really close.

I would put Sainz in Hards since he's gonna start from last. In all seriousness though that is a very idiotic rule.

Thank god Magnussen didn't cost us. Also it seems that Sainz decided not to go to Q3 so he can choose tyres.

Yeah in the team stream they said they will register a time, but don't want to go to Q3.

We are 5th. Good result. The team has made definately progress from last year and from the start of the year as we closed the gap to the first 3 by half a second. Hopefully they can keep outdeveloping them till we reach them completely.

Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.

You mean potential HAM penalty or something else? Does a Haas have a penalty?

Magnussen takes a 5-place grid drop. He has changed the gearbox.
