So the story is apparently that the investors fired Storey yesterday, and then he went bananas and send out the tweet in rage.

that makes as much sense as anything doesn't it. After the nonsense he was giving out over the logo and the pasting he got from the judge. The weirdest thing is how he persuaded anyone to be an investor in the first place!

But it is all quite F1 after all, the show created by that used car dealer. Or should we say 'appropriated' by that used car dealer?

How creative, they just hacked off the head and called the antlers their own. Can Whyte claim the antlers as theirs too? Also looking at their address on google maps, its literally a low/middle income housing complex....extremely fishy

I think they can't here. They haven't registered anything similar to this if I am not mistaken and it is sufficiently different to not be a problem anymore I believe.

and is directed to Neville Weston.
(So nice we all now know his email for spamming.... )

In short it says....

1. Mr. Weston you don't have any power

2. We know you want to take control of the company.
When you control the company and can prove this to us we are happy to talk with you.
But the way we have investigated it, we severely doubt, you have the power to do so.

3. As far as we know Mr. Storey is CEO and in control of the company and nobody else.

4. Attached are copies all public(*) available letters (correspondence) between Mr. Storey and Haas

5. As extra information. There is a lawsuit in regard to the Rich Energy logo. We worry if there is money to pay for the sponsorship.

* = they have to mention 'public' so not to infringe in privacy law. With other words....these letters are open to the public....
