The Stig is a very consistent driver. If the gap wa 1 or perhaps even 2 seconds I'd say let them loose on a track at once and race. But, as rjsa points out, 7 seconds is too much.
Still, the Gallardo is not at the same racing level as the Enzo. Therefore, even without Top Gear's times, I would confidently guess that the Enzo would win. I suppose we are only talking performance wise here and thus not even considering things such as comfort of driving and so on.
