I like that staircase RW endplate
And you can see from the inside that they're contoured.

If this update works it is the final nail im F1’s coffin and we can expect more domination in 2020 and further because if this update works they have the room to divert 100% of desogn staff to next years
True GOATs don’t need the help of superior material to win.

Tom Brady, Usain Bolt are true GOATs.

This is Mercedes, ofc it works
Looks like 3 tenths to me.
Also AMuS is now reporting after talking to some Merc engineers that there isn't a new lightweight chassis at all.

AMuS reported 3-4 tenths.

Incremental updates compared to when they introduces the cape. The upturned sidepod vane is similar to the '18 and '19 Ferrari.

Yeah I don't think that's right. Visually it seems that most of the upgrade is related to reducing the drag of the car, the step profiled rear wing endplate tips allow for the air to flow in, right behind the rear wing reducing the pressure in that part of the wing at certain speeds reducing the drag while keeping the downforce. The side pod turning vanes is now more based on moving the flow above(and around) the sidepod to better improve the flow attachment reducing drag and Aero instability at high speed while the front wing has an enhanced outwash effect while reducing the overall chord length of the wing, which keeps the donwforce, Unfortunately it also keeps the drag the wing has compared to Ferrar's but the enhanced outwash effect reduces the effect of the front tyre wake(Thus less drag) and improves the efficiency of the turning vanes in the sidepod flow conditioners behind it. I am not sure about the floor and the diffuser but the update seems to be focused on reducing drag while keeping the downforce. So any big performance boost will be from the straights cause don't see any big downforce upgrades here.
Halo not as bad as we thought

W09 had an upturned vane there too...

Added mid-season in Austria, iirc.

They have changed the rear bodywork to improve cooling. They have, therefore, changed the aero devices further forward to ensure the rear still works properly. I'd guess there have been some downforce improvements from the floor.

So they actually recessed the RW endplate just so put these vanes there. Nice.

If the floor is different.. any one spot diffuser differences?

The new bargeboard arrangement alone has a massive impact on the flow structures that get pulled to the rear of the car, particularly the diffuser area, which is very important to rear downforce.
