2nd in the constructors and driver's championship is still up for grabs. Even the championship is still up for grabs, the car is on the verge of being able to take the fight to Mercedes. Ferrari isn't even in the conversation any more, other than potentially being outqualified by them, but then like the other Ferrari powered cars they're nowhere come race day.
What are you smoking? Ferrari and RB are close with track depending who is 2nd that weekend. Mercedes is 1988 McLaren levels in front of them and probably next years also seeing how much more design staff and talent they have. And it is only getting worse, just look at the massive upgrades Merc is bringing this weekend.
Remember that upgrades don't always bring massive gains.
I think depends on a few things
1- What are Ferrari doing ? Are the slowing down on the upgrades ?
2 -it's a internal question.
- What would it cost to maybe take 2nd, how much $$ do we gain and how best can we spend that money.
- How expensive are the changes that would be required to improve.
- When do we start working on 2021?
