This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
Maybe Coulthard is better choice, he did a promo with Verstappen last week, driving around a courier van... and Coulthard drives around once in while in the RB8.
You're comments were probably tongue and cheek but Coulthard was toast at the end of his career. Webber still had it when he left.
Red Bull really have a serious decision to make. That seat is too precious to give to drivers that aren't ready. Gasly, sadly seems out of his depth, promoting Albon now would be doing a Gasly all over again. He needs to stay in STR for at least 1 more year. I really don't know if they'll consider promoting Daniil again, but I feel he would be a more sensible choice. But in the event that that they see Daniil back as an impossibility, a short term fix with a good, experienced driver would be good, I believe. The obstacle between Red Bull and a sure P2 in the constructors is Pierre Gasly. You can't be consistently 0.5secs slower than your team mate. What happens if say a Renault or Mclaren is able to close the gap to Red Bull? Who could Red Bull sign for 1 year till Albon is ready, that is if they don't fancy Daniil?
Q: (Stefano Mancini – La Stampa) Kimi, will you help Vettel to win his championship this year?
Kimi Raikkonen: I can only drive one car, obviously.
@2018 Singapore Grand Prix drivers press conference.
I think we should all wait for qualifying before people get all hot under the collar.the update that Rbr brought helped Gasly.with hot temperatures yesterday the grip was low so it's normal to hold back, as for his crash it was the first for this season all drivers had made at least one

correct and lets not forget that max crashed his car at Austria. I'm not suggesting that Pierre will win, just that it isn't the end of the world.
I am happy max was close but also very suspicious about the new control electronics ferrari brought . Are they again getting more battery power with their second battery than its allowed in the rules. there race pace is poor which add more to this . it was pretty clear they got more power last year with the extra battery and FIA intervened to stop them and they got away without any penalty.Shame if they doing it again. look at haas. fantastic qualifyinng but lack race pace. something fishy.
Did i see right, Lewis exceeded track limits on Q1 final lap. He even went out again on an out lap but aborted before completing the lap. If so Max should have been on pole.
Well, front row for Max. And second for Gasly. Not much behind the Mercs seems, even with that issues on Q2 with the PU (mapping or software problems again?)
And Gasly at least delivered on quali, he was almost to beat Bottas. So well done for him too.
Tomorrow starting on softs, maybe fight for P1 and then waiting for the rain to come. Seems not a bad strategy giving that is a 80% probability of rain tomorrow
Welldone Max & Pierre
Honda's realiability is a little bit worrying, specially at the turbo.
Lat's hope making the race harder for Merc tomorrow .. Why not winning.
