PM stuck in outbox

Every PM I make is stuck in the outbox. How do I fix this?

No, that is how it works. A personal message remains in the outbox until the receiver has read it. Then it will move to the sent items.

I do understand the confusion though. Emails have a different logic on this.

I believe it is more like it is not used often. Which is fair.

you do get a red indicator if you have a PM. most likely the receiving end just hasn't been online yet.
