Champion's drive right there.

Correct strategy call from the team, but he still had it all to do. 20 qualifying laps one after the other.

A few more laps and Hamilton will overlap the Ferraris. I don’t know what to tell. Speechless about this uncompetitiveness.
Terrible track tbh. But good to see Vettel still fighting.

Personally, I don't know what RedBull would/should have done. If they had pitted, Mercedes would have stayed out. I'm not sure they could have prevented this, unless the tires would have lasted longer.
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

There was no way verstappen was gonna win this race, unless they pit the same lap as hamilton on the second stop and then cover him to the end.

Masterclass from Lewis today, stayed on Max's gearbox and gave his team options then hunted him down like a shark hunting its prey, great race today.

Nico Rosberg and anyone claiming Verstappen surpassed Hamilton can eat his entire ass lmao ...
Mercedes is still a lot faster than RedBull.

That is it!!! Max should shut his mouth too, saying, Lewis wins in faster car and ANYONE CAN DO IT.. On a track where overtaking is so hard, he had the advantage of pole and still can't save a race. Lousy.

What a great race, I have to admit i was expecting a dull procession.

Unlucky for Max, i thin the Merc in Hamiltons hands was just faster on both tires today

Verstappen cannot manage the Hamilton pressure cooker. He isn't ready. mental breakdown inching in. I expect a lock up or slide soon.
These kind of comments are delusional
Is it really? didn't you see the race unfolding?
Hamilton had max's ticket, and this allowed mercedes to pull off that pitstop. Their concern was reliability concerning their brake wear and temps and this is mostly why Lewis was pitted. Max would have lost either way as Lewis tyres were 6 laps younger.
Hamilton has a way of chasing down drivers when he is behind. We usually get cruises to the end with other drivers following leaders. I was hoping Max could have held on as he drove very well but it wasn't enough; even with the fastest car this weekend.
For Sure!!

Two great drives at the front by the champ and the champ-in-waiting. Great to see both drivers racing hard but fair - no silly move by Max (I must admit I did wonder if he might do something silly) which, I think, shows that he respects Hamilton where he doesn't respect the guys he moves around on. =D>

Hamilton turning up the full hammer-time to turn in several qualifying style laps in a row to close the gap - even though he didn't seem sure he could do it. Max showing what he and the car can do by taking the fastest lap. =D>

People want F1 cars driving flat-out and racing - well, people, there you have it. =D>

Brilliant call by the Merc guys, for a while Max looked like he could sustain it but when the tires fell off that was it.

Great racing, bith guys did fantastically in their situations.
