Kvyat did not have a single stream slip. Gasly chose to disperse Renault and Alfo Romeo, and not his partner, but this is the team’s fault. Renault, Alfa Romeo, Magnussen and Stroll all have a slip stream. Albon in q3 in the distance had a slip stream and he walked faster for half a second.

P5 in 2nd lap is too optimistic. If he can get p10 like something in first two laps he can have oportunity to make better than p5. If car works like it did in östereich maybe 3d win.

with a wet start he could be in striking distance after 5-7 laps (normally)

Albon could at least secure 3rd or 4th place. His speed in cornering and straights wasn't bad at all compared to Mercedes.
In onboard video he used tow but the others did too.
I just wonder what would it be if Max didn't have a penalty ,forced to start from back of the grid .. May be he could fight for Pole position.

Luck was not in favour of the team today. It's all been a bit messy, same for Toro Rosso. For me it's more a matter of "defeated below their true potential".

Dude there is zero chance of rain tomorrow. It wont be a damp start either straight on the dry compound. Hourly forecast dont show any rain in Monza in afternoon.

Why should he do that? During todays quali the PU switched to a safe mode, there was no failure or damage.

Of course. Engine went in safe mode then everything was okey and Max run fast again with that pu remained part of lap but his lap was spoilt anyway

Why...good (sneaky) way to bank new, fresh parts for later in the year. There are rules to keep this from happening, but Horner is slippery (slippery enough to try anyway).
