They already did, that it blew up isnt their issue.

I see that as a little hard to believe.

Mercedes surely have a contract to supply all their customers with the exact same PU they are using.

Unless it is one hundred percent the customer who caused the problem in some way, then I would have thought it actually is a Mercedes issue.
And they would have to supply another to the same spec.

Has anything been reported as to whether it was the team, or the engine supplier who caused the blow up.

Mercedes made the new spec available to all teams at the same time and supplied them at the same time as they're required to. That's all they have to do. These aren't off the lot cars with mileage warranties, if the unit pops immediately that's not their issue as there was no guarantee it wouldnt.

Vettel for sure taken certain 6th or 7th from Lance but he shouldn't have repeated Vettel's idiotness .

Lance was sitting in a very vulnerable spot. Where he stopped after getting hit was right in the racing line. I would have tried to get out of there to. Vettel was on the grass and out of the way. He knew he would have to use all the track to get turned in the right direction. Not smart.

An open canopy (shield) made out of the same material used for fighter jets would solve this issue. Fighter pilots need clear visibility to accomplish their missions.

Again,He has to start last with 'Spec 3' engine.Most probably at Sochi...

I think he can continue with spec 2 as its new one. Not sure if spec3 makes that much of a difference
