I wouldn't just count everybody else out just yet. Ferrari with that Qualy Rocket Mode can cause some concern, remember when Bottas was saying they were losing 4 tenths to Ferrari in Monaco on the straights.
Didn't help them much in hungary, or monaco though.
Its a different track that of Monaco and Hungary.
Last year we all expected the car with the most Df to go for pole and win (Ferrari or Rbr), yet it was Mercedes who came out of nowhere. Its a difficult and unpredictable track. We cannot simply write it as Merc track.
Mercedes also came up with one of their biggest upgrades of the year in terms of slow corner performance and managing tire temperatures after their struggles in Spa.
Singapore '18 was the birth of Merc's special rims and unique wheel drums, which saw them start to blitz Ferrari at Singapore, Russia, and Japan (until Ferrari protested and Merc altered the setup at the US GP, and until they secured both Championships in the event of a protest - which never came).
