I can't believe they're actually seriously talking about the insanity of "reverse championship sprint race grid formation" thing. So we complained about "ultra soft" and the rest being too confusing for tyre names and created actual confusion with two separate tyre names ... and now we're making it a whole lot more confusing with this insanity.

If they want zero consistency and "different winner" for the SAKE OF HAVING DIFFERENT RESULTS then just do away with points. Do away with anything that rewards performance.

Completely crazy I can't believe they don't see the irony and hypocrisy of the tyre-name complaints and now this.

I swear Di Resta has a picture of Hamilton in his bedroom and he's throwing darts at it.
Glad somebody else noticed. Did you hear how quickly he tried to make out Hamilton wasn’t a team player and how gutted he sounded when Davidson pointed out Budapest
=D> Yeap. Di Resta listening to Jackie too much maybe lol

Maybe, I'm watching Lewis's on board, and he is crawling through some of the corners. The last several laps he was crawling through the last 2 corners like he was preparing for a qualifying lap.

Either Mercedes are having trouble with anything or they generally are slower than expected this weekend. I've the feeling they have something in the bag for one lap pace, but their race pace was at best on par with Ferrari and RBR.

Verstappen is mighty quick, may be a repeat of Austria, might even have to make up the same number of places. Although 1st lap shunts are likely due to the nature of the track.

Take a look at the stints Capharol posted. Lewis did 1:38.055 on 4 lap old mediums. Leclerc did 1:38.181, on one lap old softs.

What is your point? You're not comparing the stint, just 1 fast lap. Each car has the ability to drive fast for a few laps, but to manage the tyres you need to slow down.

Not saying HAM is not quicker, it just doesn't prove he is.

The track has 90 degrees corners like Austria Mercedes cars works best if the track has a sequence of corners like silverstone and Suzuka

Mercedes has been the class of the field on every type of corners, but especially slow speed which obviously includes 90 degree corners. Also today Mercedes, along with RBR, was the fastest car in S3.
