4th and 5th, as good as we could expect. Really underwhelming race pace, they were in no man's land. Ferrari and Merc have opened the gap to RBR

i think Newey has work to do and i think it could be as soon as Suzuka that we will see something big from Newey.

According to pre season test redbul was 3d but inseason they change place with ferrari race to race and now ferrari is looking like 2d best. What ever good race good result especially from Albon. It would be great if Toro Rosso were in point

I think they may have an aero upgrade for Suzuka coming.. Alex mentioned it during one of Red Bulls "fun videos" where he and Max were drawing karts. Said something along the lines of "haha Max is that your interpretation of the Suzuka aero upgrade?"

So who knows. That plus the fuel upgrade. It'll be interesting to see what happens there. We can only hope they keep pushing.

Minimized damage today. Albon did a great job, so no point who says Kvyat is better. Remember, he's still a rookie and he's showing speed and brave moves. Also, I think and I hope it will be a Suzuka upgrade. They've been planning the scenario to do good there, and no serious updates in any race. Maybe they are waiting the increased HP to add some aero package, we will see.

How did he got past Stroll during safety car, or it was just the graphics glitch and he was infront whole time?
If i would get the money to start my own F1 team, i would revive Arrows

He passed both STR before the safety car, on a train with all of them having DRS, so what he can do?? Dive bomb and throwing all to hell? Better be calm and going step by step. As the final result shows you it was the best decision. That's racing, and safety cars are part of it

Even with his spin in Q, I think Albon won his seat for 2020. Even without that spin, last of the top three teams would have been his objective and again he scored.

Spec 4 might even have the legs on mercedes, it certainly doesnt seem like they're losing anything to them on the straights. It's just that ferrari is on a different level entirely.
Clearily Merc are running more DF. RBR took .3 in S1 but lost .6 in the last 2 Ss.

For Albon ‘s future perspective this was a very good day, he recovered to 5th (from a not great weekend) and Yes the SC helped massively, but OK. What is maybe more important is Gasly and Ivyat both blinded by wanting this Seat. They are not playing the long game and made it very difficult, in the end for themselves.
