According to the latest stewarding policy, Max didn't actually collide with the crashed car so no worries mate, no penalty :wtf:

There was no yellow for Hamilton. But there was one for Verstappen.
Yes very naughty by VER.

Delete his time, points on his license & maybe fine him (if possible). Job done & sets up a cracker for tomorrow

It's a clear penalty, forget about wether his previous lap was fast enough or not. It was a serious breach of safety and he should be punished for it.

He had a fast enough banker as nobody else ran a 1:14, even if they delete his second run positions will all remain the same for top five.

What were VET’s sectors on his last lap? Looked like he was up but then braked.
Vettel was a bit more than a tenth up on his previous lap after 2 sectors, so his final sector would have to be pretty good take pole. P2 was probably the most he could achieve.

Hamilton didn't post his personal best in 3rd sector on his final run, but he was flat to the floor past bottas regardless!!! Therefore if max gets a penalty, so should hamilton.

Unless ofcourse if there were no yellow flags yet.
Hamilton may get away if the flag wasn't posted before he arrived on the scene. At least i hope he gets away with it.

What a cluster f. Electronic flag screen before the corner was clear, single yellow mid corner only

The usual penalty would be a 3 or 5 places grid drop for not slowing down under yellows.

True, although I feel if anything they will just delete the lap. After Canada it seems they dont want to rock the boat much with penalties.

Exactly. He should start from 6th.

I would be suprised if Max keeps his pole...
