It seems that it will be indeed similar to 2007 where they had a more luxurious bordeaux red. If you take a look on the official 2020 team wear they`ve presented recently.
Similar to what they did with the Red/Grey MW stuff they took over from Ducati last year.

What I understand from the text is that the average progress during each winter is 0.5 - 0.8 sec.
They do not know whether they have already achieved that and they are waiting to see
who can first show that progress.

It actually states that there is expectations of .5 to .8 seconds to be gained along the the whole year - and quote: "lets see who gets there first". So its not actually talking about Ferrari at that point.

Also, the car that will be presented will apparently be the first iteration of aero, and will be tested only in the first session. The second package is already in the making and will hit the track during the second week of testing, and will most likely be the same package for the first GP. This seems to be in line with other media

Are those red colors on photo same as in real life or that is my laptop shows them as crimson shade?

Maybe it's the sunshine that makes this hue in colour.
