Well even at 16 Februari, they wont show the real " new " car. Just look at Mercedes. Even at the first week of testing they didnt show the real thing
Of course it's not gonna be 100% Melbourne spec. But we will see the overall concept already. All that talk about not seeing the car in testing is a bit exaggerated. You want to have as much testing time as possible.
Not showing up with the "real" car just for the purpose of hiding it will make even less sense this year as testing is reduced to just 6 days overall.
What Mercedes have done last year with spec B in week 2 is not something you see every year. And they did it because they needed more time to get it ready.
