Nope. As already said that's just glossy black. The 2019 yellow stripes will be replaced with glossy black, while the 2019 glossy black parts of the car will become matte.

The temporary livery seems to replace the 2019 glossy black with matte black and the 2019 yellow with glossy black indeed... and that should look sweet.
It seems the engine cover "bulge" that was round the Castrol logo that every bodywork spec (low temp/high temp) of the RS.19 had, has been removed. Yes I'm analyzing the "glimpses" (wink wink Cyril)

to be fair, i can't see a single difference. I think it's the light and livery playing tricks.
I actually doubt this is the actual 2020 Renault contender, looks much more like a test livery on the 2019 contender.
rear wing, same.
rear suspension, same.
bodywork shape, same.
airbox shape, same.
camera configuration, same.
sharkfin, same.

it's only a tad different camera angle and depth,
paired to a different livery.

ask me, this is the 2019 car with a 2020 test livery teaser, atleast from that angle.
It looks clearly a CGi render too, so i wouldn't be at all surprised to see some trickery like that.

Yes, the front shot suggests the nose is thinnier and rounder after the tub, i'd guess a bit mclaren-styled.
there are also some winglets above the suspension and the mirror mounting arms are wider and less diagonal.

apart from the front shot, i can't see any difference with the RS19 tbh.

I have to completely agree, the more you look at those renders the more you think are just mock-ups or angles from an '19 car.. i wonder why they have been so secretive about the car? Ferrari and Merc and Mclaren and RB have all shown either the full car and then images too.. in filming running.
Hopefully Ocon has brought some of those Merc secrets with him to Renault - and we'll see what they arrive with in Spain for Testing. I still think the focus is on 2021.. and this year is a stop-gap

Impossible to make a intake (or exit) there because of the radius 75 mm rule.

Ocon seems to have been very positive about the car in some reports.. lets hope its not just smoke..
He knows the Merc pretty well from last year- so hopefully the RS20 has been solid in the Sims..
