i dont know why but i get the feeling this is distracting people from Merc hiding something else.
I wouldn´t be surprised at all. The question here is, how big can be the advantage with this sytem? maybe the controversy around it is much bigger than the actual gain.
So far, there are only theories about what is the purpose of changing the toe angle of the wheels, but the benefit is not established. Whether it is helping in ride height OR in some form of drag reduction OR helping tyre life. Once that is clear, only then the actual performance gain can be hypothesized. Because it is Mercedes, the hype/controversy is much bigger. I don't if this is something that Renault or some mid-field team would have done, anyone would have bothered.

Mercedes are a team with deep pockets who would be happy to invest into anything that can give them gains, no matter how small the gains are. There was question mark and controversy when the new wheel rims were introduced in 2018. Now there are a few teams who are using similar design, but that seemingly hasn't really yield any great benefit.

It took over two years for anyone to notice Renaults brake bias system... And another year for anyone to realize that everybody had them!

Not to be a buzzkill, but centered bar graphs are really, really weird. I can read it, but that's certainly not ideal, as you only get half the visual difference on either end of the bar, as opposed to having them left-justified (in this case)

The FOM has already blocked the two YT accounts I gave an hour ago. :(
The Twitch account I gave is working well. The footy stream is also doing well.

Engine was still running and accepting throttle input. He was also able to shift.
Maybe an issue with the K or other electronics.

Clearly wasn’t ICE however these engines are more than just that these days. ICE, K, H, CE, etc are all part of it and I think it’s safe to say it’s one of them.
