The McL is very slender in the sidepods, yes, but the ferrari has such a tiny airbox compared to both McL and Red Bull - which should help the center of gravity for Ferrari. Other than that there seems to be some convergence in at least the RB/McL and MB shape, which could mean the respective engine performance becomes a bigger factor. Ferrari is a bit of an outlier still, with both airbox and front wing. Curious to see how that works out and if they can be more consistent than last year.

Yep, the lines and the exact placement of camera and driver are questionable.
Since 2017 the cars are much wider though, part of that shrink wrap illusion comes from that.
