Ferrari (Binotto) declared that they are not bluffing in straight lines, that they have more downforce (and a shitty drag then) that's why they are slow

Difficult to believe him... Vettel 308km/h on this best lap, while Haas was seen quite often at 330 last week

And Vettel did 329kmh before the oil leak last week, which was without the lower downforce spoon wing so... I think it’s stuck in park

Yesterday Ted said on Sky that Jon Noble asked Binotto whether Ferrari was using a different spec of Engine to the other two customer teams. The answer was obvious no. Ted added that it would have been better if he had asked whether they had been using a detuned engine.
