You (@GPR-A) do not read at all what I am asking.
I'm not talking about Max Verstappen and apologies from Ferrari at all. That doesn't bother me at all.

You claim that Ferrari did nothing wrong.
I then ask you, (but I have not received an answer from you):

Why sanctions if nothing was wrong? Can you explain that to me?
I never knew that it is allowed here to give someone a downvote for just asking a question.
Thank you for the downvote. I will not ask any more questions, as long as you get downvotes for this.
Don't worry about it... There are some strange folks here... :D :D

I think it might be time to give the back and forth a rest, it doesn't look like you are going to convince the others, and the topic is a bit off topic for this thread.

Having said that, I do think Ferrari might have been playing themselves down these weeks both to not end up with egg on their faces like in previous testing-champion years, showing the FIA it has been curtailed by the inquiry could also have played a role.

On Red Bull, while indications they are closer than last year are good, especially when we don't know exactly where Ferrari are, but indeed the myth of their superb aero department has, since 2014,not often proven itself over the winter, and in that sense, them being not too far, probably, from Mercedes isn't a big positive change.

Sanctions? You mean the got fined. They misreported the starting fuel load. Any car can start wiith any fuel load and have to report it as such. There was a mistake in reporting and they got fined. What's the exact problem here? What are you reading here that is different?
Pumpkin eaters.
"The technical regulations have been revised again for 2020, requiring teams to add second fuel flow sensors to their power units."

Anyone other than Ferrari would have been disqualified for the season. Let's talk about 2020 shall we? This is so last year.
Another speculative statement. Man, your dislike for Ferrari and Schumacher is well established. Anyway, let's talk about 2020. Yeah.
And yours isn't speculation, it's facts... swept under the rug. I like my racing clean. ;)

I am not looking forward to moderating the forums when the circus lands in Melbourne...

@Steven: I think I'll be coming down with a bad cold in about 11 days, give or take

But being serious for a moment: guys, why. Just why. This is so unnecessary. You can perfectly disagree and try to not make it personal. Keep the "sick burns" or "the savage moments" as the kids say, for rap battles or TikTok clips.

Updated graphic.
Low speed corners are 5, 10-11 and 14-15 (chicane), medium speed are 1-2, 4, 7-8, 12-13

Either Alfa has build a dragster and Ferrari a bus or they turned up the PU to its max already, they're gaining 1,5s on the power limited sections compared to Ferrari.

Nice observation.

They put Ferrari faster than Mercedes in low speed sections again. I don’t understand how they came to that conclusion.

So the official F1 site's still insisting that Ferrari is quickest in the "slow" bends.... Yes, I put that in quotation marks, because when you look at where these "cornering" speeds are measured exactly, it's honestly a joke (and we don't even get to know what laps are being used for these comparisons)...

I've thought if we have seen laptimes from the race simulations during tests why don't we look at laptimes from the real race in Barcelona? So I made Hamilton's laps because he was a leader without the cars ahead of him and we can use his time as reference. Image

Yes as often they try to have a smaller wing to have a good top speed.
But the rear is not stable then

Red bull always use skinnier rear wing. They never opt out for one with bigger angle for reason you said. If their cornering speed is mediocre then its mediocre.

Also its Verstapen hands that can drive a car with a looser rear, not everyone can do that and this is a reason why no teammate can stand near him.

So are we trying to say that the Honda engine is still no match for it's competitors?
