Redbull released an onboard on their facebook page. Besides the bad sound mixing, what seemed interesting to me, was the oscillations when he shifted to 7th gear at the beginning of the video and at 1:21

Oscillations = car skidding on the ground.
It also happened on the 2017 engine in the back of the McLaren.

I believe it's to do with the upshifts. It rarely happens now but it's def, not unique to this year- Heard it past few years at testing

Skidding at 300kph? I know honda is strong but come on
Besides the sound is similar to the 2018 toro rosso oscillations with the gearbox
Yes skidding, at 300kph, the downforce pushes the car to the ground, do you not see the cars sparking going down the main straight? The plank rubbing is what I refer to as skidding.

Max always turns in earlier than Bottas in the onboard video posted earlier. Their lap times are near identical so It might be safe to assume the RedBull needs more slip angle than the Mercedes to generate grip in this instance. But why?

Was Max on a heavier fuel load?

Max top speed higher than bottas, so it may comes from shallower RW hence max need to turn earlier than bottas. Acceleration almost same hence I dont think its because merc tuned down so much. I hope this is not the maximum DF that can be generated by RB16, but most likely this is their prime setting for the beginning of the season.

Yuki Tsunoda (Japanese: 角田 裕毅, Tsunoda Yūki; born 11 May 2000) is a Japanese racing driver. He is the 2018 Japanese F4 champion and a member of the Honda Formula Dream Project and the Red Bull Junior Team.[1]

It’s the way Max likes to drive. In an interview he said that he likes to steer a lot so the engineers have adapted the steering rack accordingly.

Meaning he wants a slower or faster rack? A slightly slower rack can sometimes make your steering more precise.

Fernando used to steer fairly late and hard i think. but these days i'd expect a top driver to do it differently depending on his front tyre temperatures - if they're cool, turn late and hard for more slip angle, or if they''re hot turn in smoothly for less slip and lower temperatures

plus each corner is different of course and it affects the exit so i wouldn't expect a single policy, and also it depends how much they trust the back end to put up with it. For a learning machine like Max i'd especially think he'll do every corner a bit differently
