Opera plays tricks on me!

Opera plays tricks on me!

My browser stopped saving cookies. So, all those "remeber me" buttons won't work and I have to log in each time...
Any ideas? I already reinstalled it + cleaned all the info it saves in documents and settings.

Maybe it´s a dumb thing to ask but have you tried Tools>Preferences>Advanced>Cookies and then check the "accept cookies"?

And one more thing, why use the "remember me buttons" when you can use operas "wand" function? It´s much, much better in my opinion :wink:

yep, it's on. Thing is it stopped accepting cookies suddenly, without me changing anything. I updated to 9.63 and soon that problem arised. Maybe I should get back to 9.62.

I don't like it somehow... I have a feeling that wand may be more vulnerable to troyans.

Weel, I don´t know what to say, 9.62 works fine for me....

However if you liked Opera and used most of the stuff it has to offer I doubt you´ll find Chrome good. I played with it for a week just for fun and it´s nowhere near Opera. I mean it´s fast, small and.... that´s about it! But off course that´s my opinion maybe you´ll like it, it´s worth a try!

To be fair I haven't tried Opera so Chrome might be cack in comparison!

I think it may be some sort of malware... but my antivirus says everything is OK

Try checking with the guys on the opera forums, maybe they know something about it (hope they are as helpfull as the members of F1T) Just an idea... :)
