2020 Driver Helmets

I really dislike most of these modern helmet designs; too busy, too many design elements, too many subtle effects. It all looks like mud from a short distance away from the helmet.

The simple, large elements of the helmets of the '80s and '90s are prettier and much more identifiable in my opinion. Honorable mention in this group here goes to Giovinazzi, Lando, Sainz, and a few others looked nice too.

As new 2020 cars are revealed one by one with flashy new liveries and sponsors, the drivers have got creative with their own designs.

A vast number of drivers have completely changed their crash helmet designs over the winter, while others have stuck with what they know.

Good that the rule is dropped; imo a helmet design is to match the driver himself, and if that is everchanging, then why not?

Outside of that, thanks to the halo the helmets have become a bit less visible.
