Why hards and not softs for the last 28 laps?

Due to the rules you have to choose two different types of rubber for the race.

That doesn't apply when you've raced on wets.

They started on inters. What about then? Anyway Sainz also pitted in 3.3 now. If we dont be a lot more serious we cant talk about 3rd place, not even 4th. These things cant happen in a team like Mclaren.

I agree. If we want to make another step up than last year we got to fix the pit stops and the strategy and start attacking in terms of development. I have a feeling though that the coronavirus disrupted our whole programm with the upgrades.

We are losing time behind that Ferrari. Why is it so hard to pass someone when you have a faster car or better and fresher tyres.

It's frustrating indeed. Everything went wrong with us and everything went right for our midfield opponents.

Sainz is gonna use up his tyres behind Leclerc.. we are so slow

Why is it so hard to pass a slower car when you have fresher tyres? Obviously we can't catch Mercedes and Red Bull yet but we are faster this year than Ferrari so far and we are 2-1 against the Racing Points if they stay legal that is. It will be a pity not to get that 3rd place out of stupidity.

Because of the track layout, you need almost a 2 second delta to make the pass... The problem is that the last corner before the straight is a long hairpin, dirty air prevents you from been close coming out of the corner and the straight isn’t particularly long

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH. So frustrating. We could have reached Perez by now if we managed to pass Leclerc quickly.

Can we get one more place I wonder? We have fresher tyres and we are much faster than that Haas. We need 2 seconds each lap. So much time lost against a slow Ferrari with damaged tyres. If there was a magic button to press so Sainz could have passed quickly.

Unless there are problems in the front, P10 it is... But, making the move on the Ferrari on track and scoring a point in what is a very bad weekend for the team, is a positive to take away from it
