No rain for the race is the worst news I’ve heard today. Here’s hoping for a miracle
As a Danny Ric fan in not complaining at all. His car seems to be super well hooked up in the dry.
True. I just long for a good carnage fest a la Germany 2019

I've got a feeling Max or Dan may lead the race at the end of the first lap, I wonder if Bottas will be used as a wingman?

If his start is anything like the last race it won't matter!

I wouldn't be so sure, a good start is still no guarantee especially with it being such a short run to La Source.

I was referring to the question you asked about Bottas.

Well if that happens then Hamilton will be stuffed especially if it's Max sending it.

I think if Dan gets by he should be able to pass him relatively easy once he gets DRS, Max on the other hand will be a nightmare.

I have a feeling Max is going to do something special today.

Edit- And it will be overshadowed by 'they are quicker than us' crap!

Someone should be critical of what Renault are doing. Their pace is suspect. Last year brake balance, and this year they said they weren't bringing any PU upgrades. Right.
Dude they have no wings... Also Ric was going strong since the beginning of the season.
Ricciardo can't explain where his pace is coming from. Renault might be playing dumb like last year and say they didn't know what they were doing was illegal. They dropped their case against RP, maybe they don't care to get caught or will accept it afterwards. Probably would only be a slap on the wrist from the FIA anyway, so they may just run with it. After what happened last year you can't blame anyone for suspecting foul play, even if they say they were too dumb to know otherwise.
? Ric has been faster than ocon and has threaten top 5 results quite often this season.

Dan should have the highest top speed of the bunch. Maybe crash between Lewis and Bottas?
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

Highly unlikely. Both drivers will have had firm instructions to probably play teamwork down the Kemmel straight to block any attempt from RIC/VER.

With 4 wide in 2018 on lap 1, I cant see how 2 cars can block the track without weaving and risking a penalty

I was more thinking, the driver ahead on the kemmel straight will surely have to defend the inside into corner. Could be quite a bottleneck.
