AT are running 1st because of luck. We are running 2nd despite bad luck. We are there on own merit. To me personally, that counts much more.
If after everything that happened today, we finish 2nd, I’m happy. If we can even take P1, that’s a bonus.

I agree. While the win would have been great, P2 and P4 are amazing results DESPITE the unlucky red flag that dropped us to P4 and P5.

Good effort today for McLaren, they showed real pace in all situations, unlucky with the 2nd safety car. Fair play to Gasly - he may have lucked into the position but had decent pace when he found himself infront.

Roll on Monza 2021 and that same car with a Mercedes lump in the back!

A little respect for Gasly, the drive was good. Of course some luck but he bring it home. I would say we had the best RACE car today.
