It was a risk but if we had, we'd be a place ahead now with a free change under the Red Flag

Have to be proactive in those situations. No need to gamble. Even on softs from this restart perez will be marginal, he ate his first set badly. Good clean start off the line would help!

Yeah, I just felt like a Red flag was going to happen with the car being in the gravel and the behaviour of the stewards in this and the last race, but your right I think, better safe than sorry.

If we can get past Perez then in terms of the Constructors Championship, we couldn't have hoped for better today. Couldn't have been any better at all.

Unless Daniels car has an unfortunate accident.

I'm going to go look for my tin foil hat.

Yeah, pretty much nudged him off the track. Not enough for a sanction though.

Happy for Albon though in a way, I'd like him to push on and stay in the team.

I'm inclined to believe that Philipm was right yesterday, suggesting the car is set up for preserving the tyres, Lando has been weak at the start of every stint and these repeated restarts have hurt them today. Overall pace has been weak from Friday really.

Possibly, we are just starting to get closer to Perez slowly now, so perhaps this is it.

Enough time to get close to him? I don't think so, but then we only need to be in DRS range and then the pass is pretty easy, so 1.5 seconds to make before we can take him.
