They are actually interested in Perez and Hulk, perhaps you should read some more news.

here you go. you ought to tone your stance down a bit.
And who spoke of a driver swap, it was about the potential of signing Alonso IF Verstappen leaves.
If Max leaves, the only place he'll go will be Mercedes powered, so there won't be a 'swap' anyway.
Perez most likely will (still) go to Haas, where his money would bring many benefits, and it's not unlikely that he'll even bring BWT with him as it's likely AMR will not continue with BWT. Media suggested a deal with Perez is put on hold because of some negotiations with Mazepin, however, that rumour is more or less debunked by Haas spokesmen who claims the team is not for sale. That doesn't mean Mazepin can't get a raceseat though.
Obviously, if Perez signs with Haas, he won't be @ RedBull. That same goes for Hulkenberg obviously.
Hulkenberg also remains a bigger question mark than Perez in regards to replacing Albon.
And then it's not sure Albon will be replaced, but the team HAS mentioned concidering looking into the driver market.
Either way, with Tsunoda clearly out of the picture, that takes away atleast one contender for a seat, and makes Kvyat's seat a bit safer. Gasly has been numerous times mentioned to be not going anywhere, as he's a key part of Alpha Tauri's future right now, he's safe there, and he won't be going to RBR. That still doesn't mean Albon is safe, he could still go back to Alpha Tauri and replace Kvyat. Again, I think a Russian aboard the F1 grid is some political play neccesity, so if Kvyat is dumped, i'd expect either Mazepin or Shwartzman to enter F1 in 2021/2022.
If Kvyat is 'dumped' that means undoubtedly that Albon will go there, and then, who will be placed alongside Verstappen?
Fact remains, with Honda out, you can bet that there is a clause that Max can use to 'freely' leave the F1 grid.
Since Honda is out at the end of 2021, that means essentially 2022 Max would be free to go where-ever he pleases, and quite frankly, I think RedBull will very much be concidering how to fix that issue.
Alonso is a guaranteed asset, so signing Alonso could be interesting. That however must mean Alonso would favour RedBull over Alpine. If they have the same engine (Renault, which is 99% guaranteed to happen for 2022), then i'd still bet my money on RBR over Alpine. So IF Max leaves RBR for Mercedes/AstonMartin, then it's not unlikely at all to see Alonso @ RBR.
RedBull ALSO will have to concider the possibility that Alonso will NOT sign, NOR Hamilton, NOR will Max be staying.
In that case, if they don't completely pull the plug from the F1 project, then they'll NEED a strong, fast, experienced driver, and they have NONE in their lineup right now, so they'll HAVE to shop elsewhere, but why wait so long?
Perez fits all the criteria and is available.
Hulkenberg might have less of the 'oumpf' that Perez has but is still a good concideration.
