I mean fog at those speed's is probably more lethal then anything else.
At what speed? Dragon speed?

Yes at dragon speed.... No dude if F1 had fog along with rain which they did.... On track they would probably not run. Which they didn't.

What a shame for the fans who braved the weather to sit in the grandstands with no running to show for it. They should get their money back or some really good benefit in the hospitality tent. I think this was severely mismanaged.

I miss the noise of the race start with them all bouncing off the limiter...

Weather at least seems a little better today and tomorrow ..
Maybe a drying FO3 and a dry (overcast) quali), tomorrow morning it's raining early in the morning.
But it's Nurnberg in October, so all can change with a blink of the eye.
Off to bed now ..

The Lotas crash in the penultimate chicane would have brought the red flag if it happened this year

And why was Mark webber pitting with just 4 laps to go with 11 sec lead?
completely forgot about the early pirelli era
but he still could have stayed in the lead
Damn we are all used to 1 stopper now, it seems odd :(

And what drive from the top 3 cars, simply great to refresh the memory

I am now convinced the current problem is lack of pitstops, all the races are now 1 stopper :|

From the interviews with drivers etc they all seem to agree that there wouldn't have been much (if any) running anyways due to tyre set limitations

Session essentially cancelled altogether now ...

Wonder what they will do of there will be similar conditions on sunday
If the conditions are the same on Sunday then presumably the race will be cancelled.

Looking at the weather forecast, Sunday should be ok, however.
We all know they wouldn't just cancel a race...so they checked and think that they'd be able to drive an ambulance out from the track to an alternative landing spot for the medical helicopter which could then bring someone to a hospital within the mandated 20 minute timeframe, so that's what they would do

With that humidity and low wind speed, it won't be drying anytime soon. If the sun gets on the tarmac and warms it up then it'll start to dry off.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

The track is dry already, at least where I sit. Sun is out just some clouds.
