They should have gone for Hards. You can't pass in Imola.

I do believe the stuff I say. How many times Renault was able to challenge for a championship and how many times Mclaren challenged it in their whole history? Mclaren was almost always a bigger team than Renault and Racing Point with more resources and of course the marvel that is called Paragon. The only teams at this point that would be able to challenge Mercedes is Red Bull, Ferrari and Mclaren. They are the biggest teams in F1 in terms of resources, history and facilities. I wouldn't call Red Bull big in history but they have the other two.
The same Renault name and brand which has won more championships than McLaren has in the last 20 years and this from a McLaren fan? Historically McLaren in the early 00’s had the same or very similar budget to Ferrari and look how that’s spiralled. You can’t look at history and just assume it will continue!
Let me correct you. Renault as a team has won only 2 championships in 2005 and 2006 and that's it. All the rest are the championships of Williams, Benneton and Red Bull unless you want to claim that every Mclaren championship belongs to the Mercedes since they provided the engine.Mclaren as a team has 8 constructors and 11 titles as a team. I can't assume everything will stay the same since F1 demands constant development but history sometimes repeats itself.

As for the Paragon they are not selling it. They are investing it to get more money. The fact doesn't change that is a wonder of technology. I think people are overestimating Renault and Racing Point. In any case we should keep pushing for first place.
Let me correct you, if you read what I said I said the last 20 years.......

McLaren only championship of the last 20 years was in 08 with Lewis. Renault won it with Alonso in 05 and 06!

What about the championships of 1998 and 1999. Dont these count? Or are we counting from where it suits us? In any case I care not. I care to see what happens to Imola.

And the fact that a slow driver like Magnussen screws us again and Perez without doing much is again in front. And then people tell me that the luck of Mclaren is the same as the rest.

So far this season it has become a trend that Mclaren has all the badluck they can get in their good day and the rest have all the good luck they can get in their bad day.

Think that was a mistake with Sainz. They should have kept him out longer, He was still lapping at competative times when they pitted him. Couple more laps and he could have come out in front of that chain.

The race pace is very good. Just can’t unleash it. Never was in clean air. Shame.

Don’t think SAI could have kept that tire going in the first stint. His IN lap was significantly slower than his lap before. Tires were dead

Surprised they didn’t mix the strategy up by leaving Sainz out longer given its near on impossible to overtake!

They should have kept him longer. He was still doing well with the softs. I have a feeling that was a mistake and the 3rd position is getting away.

And then they tell me that it's the fault of Vettel that he is not performing. The whole Ferrari this year is a fiasco.
