As good as they did with the Intermediates at the start they screwed up at the end. Let's see if there is a way to obtain that 3rd place. Tomorrow we will start with a different tyre at least. So far everything goes unlucky for Mclaren while Renault and RP have all the luck in the world.

2 Renault’s, 2 RP’s in the top 10, no tyre advantage starting outside the top 10, disaster class!

Unfortunately the team cannot get 3rd place this year. When Mclaren is on a good day every god will go against them to make them get as few points as possible. On a bad Mclaren day our opponents will have all the luck of the world to get as many points as possible. Count also the fact that the FIA has dropped more penalties to Mclaren team and drivers than all the rest and we would need 50% more points to get in order to get that 3rd place. Count also the fact that the team is making mistakes that cost them lots of points and you see how this goes in the 2nd part of the season. I don't think Ferrari or Torro Rosso will be able to catch Mclaren with so few races to go but all we can do is use the rest of this year to develop while the others are busy with that 3rd place.

If there is a wet race tomorrow..or the quali is wet then all drivers may choose the starting tyre.
So no advantage beeing outside top10. Is not like a dry quali and race!

Yeah I made a mistake there. There isn't gonna be any tyre advantage. I watch F1 since 1988. Currently we are watching the worst F1 Period when teams that shamelessly copying Championship Winning cars are let to race, daddys drivers who are destroying other drivers race and getting punished lightly, no tyre antagonism and one engine getting all the advantage.

Grow up mate. Very unjustified to say Renault and Racing Point are lucky because they outperformed McLaren! Even more so given Racing Point have both cars in the top 3.....

Actually, the fact, that we are the one who improved the least in this year, proves that our facilities are not as good as Renault or Copy Point one. Thats the truth.
