To be investigated after the race! How difficult is it to look at the video?
Ridiculous.

Yes. Poor bugger!
Commentators discussing that there might not be broadcast video footage of it. Is every onboard camera (multiple) of every car streamed? Or they have to use the video data that is saved onboard?El Scorchio wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020, 13:07Why investigate Verstappen after the race? It can’t be that bloody difficult to do can it? Did he cross a line or not? If yes penalty if not no penalty.
Usually that phrase seems to mean ‘we’ve seen something but we don’t want to apply a punishment so we hope everyone will forget about it.’
I say if they can’t see it clearly from what they have, just let him get on with it and don’t worry about a penalty. They did broadcast the onboard earlier so they must have it. Looked very close.nzjrs wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020, 13:10Commentators discussing that there might not be broadcast video footage of it. Is every onboard camera (multiple) of every car streamed? Verstappen's car has that horrible shoulder cam which is positioned on the left side of the car turned on and they obviously cant see from that cam if he crossed the line on the right side. they'll have to pull T-cam footage from in-car's storage. They must not have any outboard footage that's definitive enough for a penalty.nzjrs wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020, 13:10Commentators discussing that there might not be broadcast video footage of it. On board cameras will probably not help you much. You'll always be looking at it from an angle with the tire in the way.nzjrs wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020, 13:10Commentators discussing that there might not be broadcast video footage of it. I’m just not sure it’s worth them bothering. At this point it’s just going to be an extra kick in the bollocks for Max anyway.Juzh wrote: ↑15 Nov 2020, 13:17Verstappen's car has that horrible shoulder cam which is positioned on the left side of the car turned on and they obviously cant see from that cam if he crossed the line on the right side. they'll have to pull T-cam footage from in-car's storage. He won't, don't worry. Max will win. And then there'll be "pitexitgate"!
