Will that .4 advantage be there tomorrow? Verstappen mentioned they made some compromises to improve tire life which likely cost them a few tenths in quali. I think he can beat Bottas tomorrow, Hamilton may be a tall ask, if the tires hold out better on the RBR he may have a shot. Glad Albon qualified well.
What we saw when Massa was at Williams was that Bottas and Massa were pretty evenly matched. Bottas is no Alonso, he's no Verstappen, he's a very good driver on the same level of prime Massa.

In sum, Bottas blew Massa away in qualifying and out-scored him by an average of 33 points per season.
I would describe that as clear advantage Bottas, but that’s me.
