Oh sure I would take Perez too, but either of Bottas or Russel would weaken Mercedes in addition to being a good RB, which might be worth something extra.
Given Bottas’s driving style I doubt he would do welll in the RB
We don't know how next years Red Bull will drive, it could be as big a difference between the W9-W10 or W10-W11.

Should be less tho given the chassis are somewhat frozen

Drivers better than Perez:
5 - Ham, Max, Ric, Lec, Rus (maybe), Nando (maybe)

Drivers on the level of Perez:
3 - Vet (maybe), Sainz (maybe), Kimi (maybe)

Drivers worse than Perez:
11 - Bot, Alb, Stroll, Nor, Ocon, Gio, Lat, Mag, Gros, Gas, Kyv, Schumacher (not seen much yet), Maz (Kyv reincarnate)

Norris, Bottas, Gasly are better than that. Id move those guys up 1 level, and certainly move Kimi down. Kimi is finished now. he was shocking again at the weekend.

...gosh, you are probably correct. Still, I have written Bot off as a Saturday quali specialist, just have not seen any racecraft from him this year (but 1-lap speed in the Merc is undeniable...but also seemingly easily matched from an unfamiliar/ill fitted driver that shall remain nameless). Gas...will not argue and just acquiesce to your viewpoint. Norris...still unconvinced. Kimi seems to be quite the enigma...on days to his liking, he can show flashes of brilliance and often has steady racecraft, but you are most right...the last 2 weeks were embarrassing. Also, I should have included Hulk in italics within the last category.

Actually, I believe both Perez and Kyv deserve their seats far more than Gio, Lat, Gros, Mag (maybe), Schu, Maz, and few others as well.

Yeah agree with that last bit. There are plenty of undeserving drivers on the grid.

I dont understand why persons are pushing for George to go to Mercedes in 2021 when he is pretty much guaranteed tobe there in 2022.
Because Mercedes is guaranteed to the best car in 2021, but it is not for 2022.

Alonso thought he could walk all over the rookie Hamilton in ‘07
Exactly, and Russell is probably the same level as Hamilton... So you have made Russell's fans point! Put in Russell ASAP.

It’s just too quick, too early.
How can it be too early for Russell when Hamilton debuted for McLaren-Mercedes, and Leclerc went to Ferrari after one season. That doesn't make sense.

EDIT
This might be nothing but Bottas removed the Mercedes tags from his social media.
Russell also removed the Williams tags from his social media...

I wonder if Mercedes is excersising some sort of clause in Vaterris contract like what Aston Martin did to Perez....

But im just being paranoid here. again its probably nothing!

You must have missed people here talking about this yesterday. Its about 3 pages back in the team thread.

Have just seen the video and the articles flashing-up everywhere. The saddest part of it, is that nothing will come of it. They'll be apologies made (as Mazepin has already done), and he'll get away with it due to the money he brings to Haas.

I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt anything will change. Getting away with that kind of behaviour today is ridiculous; As a professional athlete and knowing what you can and SHOULD NOT post on a social media platform, theres no excuse. If it were my team, he'd be out the door.

Lol, I have no idea why any famous person would not just pay a PR agency to manage their social media these days. Too much to loose and too little to gain.

great start, i knew this Mazepin guy would bring trouble, but that it's starting so 'early' is just stupid.
his F2 race actions were embarassing enough, but now this is happening in a #metoo generation is just silly.
You keep your hands to yourself.

Also, i've read some rumours that Mazepin actually threatened Russell with some claims that he has 'incrementing evidence' that would be concidered as 'coming out'. Which is just rediculous as though I really don't care, George has a girlfriend, has had multiple before, so what on earth are they talking about.

Let's hope this total rtard gets kicked out of F1 faster than Bottas can drive.

Haas has made some judgement mistakes before regarding Rich Energy, let's hope we'll be spared some more insane stuff with Mazepin. Some people are suggesting the Mazepin camp have gotten into F1 through some very shady leverage, which initially I refused to concider but things aren't looking really rosey now.

while also sending off 4 Hamilton players to make it more interesting"

He posted a video of him groping a woman, you can find it on the f1 Subreddit.
