He should be fired.
Magnussen would be a great benchmark for Schumacher. =D>

Can Magnussen's IMSA contract be undone? :?:

Otherwise, Kvyat would be another, far more mild-mannered, Russian ace for the HAAS team to consider perhaps or even Shwartzmann for a double-rookie all-Prema lineup?

HAAS are not interested in Russian nationality, they are interested in the suitcases of Benjamin Franklins.

The driver's essentially function as the CEO's of the team somewhat. They are cheif executors, they guide company culture and they face the public to represent the company.

He should be fired.
Why would he be fired? Did he do anything illegal?

That's like me calling for you to be fired for making unqualified comments.

Mazepin shouldn’t be fired and that’s the end of the story right there

People here idolize James Hunt and he was probably no different

People who say this mazepin guy is a molester are seriously out of touch with reality

I get he should have kept the video for himself, but wtf is all this fuss? He got political correct people on suicide watch

If anything it just shows how soft our society is nowadays

For some of us being called "woke" is not an insult. No more so than being called Liberal, or a lefty.
I've often heard a good definition of woke is a non-liberal lefty.
How on earth would that work? So a conservative lefty??
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

A driver is an employee. Their conduct reflects on the company, right or wrong. It'll be up to Haas to decide whether this is something they don't want to be associated with. With the money involved it'll look bad for them either way I'm afraid.

I think to be realistic we have to decide what the 'problem ' is?

1, he groped his girlfriend.
2 he groped his girlfriend when they were not alone
3 he groped his girlfriend when they were not alone and someone filmed it.
4 it was posted on social media.

To me (as an out of date farty) 1 is ok as long as she is going along with it (otherwise no no )
2 not my cup of tea, but if they were both still ok with it...
3 here starts the problem as I see it
4 who posted it,and did he and she allow it?

Bad judgement at an absolute minimum, edging over into disciplinary action. If He himself posted it, well, what sanctions are available to a team getting stacks of cash?

Distancing by the team and a bit of crawling my him possibly? then a reading of the riot act and insistence on social media guide lines and possibly 'assistance' in this department.

I do realise I am out of step with many of his age group, but from what I read so are many who think he is evil incarnate.
When arguing with a fool, be sure the other person is not doing the same thing.

The opposite of liberal isn’t conservative, it’s illiberal. The opposite of conservative is progressive. I continue to be surprised by how many people seem to misunderstand this.

I don't know if this has always been up, or up for some time, but FIA entry list for 2021 is out and to be fund here (scroll down). Most interesting is that Hamilton (as we thought) is at Mercedes. We also find no change at HAAS despite Marzepin incidents. So we will see Marzepin at HAAS, racing next year. On top of that, Ted Kravitz reported on his post Abu Dhabi quali notebook that HAAS confirmed that Mazepin would be driving next year, and it's a matter of 'rehabilitation' for Mazepin, rather than a sacking.

Only two spots are yet to be 'confirmed' (I use this term losely since this is still a provisional entry list and changes still can be made). These are one seat at Red Bull and one seat at Alpha Tauri.

Other things to point out; BWT in the Aston Martin name suggets that BWT will stay with them and have a big 'sponsor influence'.

Otherwise it looks pretty much as expected.

I wonder if RB will have a new title sponsor. The entry list say no (at least until now)

A tad surprised BWT stays with Aston Martin. I feel like Aston won't run with a pink colour as it does not really promote their brand (has nothing to do with the colour pink, it's just that pink is a BWT colour, and not Aston). Then again, they can also promote themselves without pink or just with some accents. The rar wing in dark blue, white letters, and a pink underscore.
