So, you think potential billionaire buyer is surfing same sites as we do? Or there's a chance that interested party (if there's one) haven't heard of Honda situation?xpensive wrote:In your dreams. Believe me, if those cars were for real, they'd been displayed long time ago to promote a sale.
Now THAT is an excellent point. Sure, private viewings and very limited distribution of sensitive tech material is understandable. But why not distribute photos of the cars (even with a mockup engine) all to create buzz and gravitas?xpensive wrote:In your dreams. Yeah sorry that is what im trying to say. Money may not neccessarily means success, but without money you won't be going anywhere. And i truely trust that with talent like Ross, the more money and staff they got, the better results the team will enjoy.andartop wrote:I understand this is just your opinion, but just out of curiosity I would like you to help us understand what made you formulate this opinion.. The Toyota experiment? The Honda experiment? I think it would be more reasonable to say success in F1 is like happiness in life: money and "size" certainly help, but not always!freedom_honda wrote:..lets be honest money equals success in formula one. The chance of success is proportional to the size of the team.
ps. this is just how i see it, it is not neccessarily true.
maybe they did show pictures to the interested investors, in private. I mean why would they publish the photos in public (and other teams) if they can just do it behind closed doors.donskar wrote:Now THAT is an excellent point. You never know, maybe Rubens has come to the table with a lot of cash and sponsors.freedom_honda wrote:http://en.f1-live.com/f1/en/headlines/n ... 4040.shtml
Interesting, not the "brackley F1" part, but the fact that Rubens will be teaming up with Button next year. Honestly i would be quite surprised if this turns out to be true. Looks like the team isn't lacking in money after all?
