The Aston looks black, in all but the close up shots. Essentially the same as the Mercedes. That's gonna cause a lot of confusion for the viewers at times.
Education is that which allows a nation free, independent, reputable life, and function as a high society; or it condemns it to captivity and poverty.

I remember Jaguar had the exact same issue when they first tested the R1, they ended up changing from 'British Racing Green' to 'Jaguar Racing Green' which was a lot brighter.

40 minutes in and no sign of Bottas yet. Either Mercedes has got something up their sleeves and does not want to show their hands too early, or they have some serious issues.

It's more the latter I believe.

BOT finally out one hour in. What a waste of time by Merc. Teams are doing race runs and Merc is still playing with flow viz.

Was the freestreams-live1.com website killed? Any other decent place to watch?

This is testing, dont look to much into what they are doing, they put flow viz on all different times.

They were not drinking coffee behind closed doors in that hour. Obviously they were changing or fixing something.

I think they should have went with a matte scheme. It would look more green.

And I wondered why the 2017 Ferrari was bright orange at Montmelo. Because the color is optimized for TV, doh #-o .

"the car looks like it drove through a puddle of oil" someone else on another forums said about the Aston Martin.

They need to make the green brighter. This is not acceptable, I just mistook it for the Mercedes.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Leclerc’s long runs not looking especially impressive, but his comments about correlation being good may mean we shouldn’t read too much into that just yet: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/lecle ... s/5711006/

Also encouraging for the Ferrari PU that Giovanazzi just hit the highest end of straight speed of the session.

Auch Gasly und Leclerc haben ihre zweiten Rennabschnitte abgeschlossen. Gasly machte dabei auf den harten Reifen eine bessere Figur als der Ferrari-Pilot mit den Medium-Sohlen. Vergleichen Sie mal. Hier ist Gasly: 1.37,004 min - 1.37,37,336 min - 1.37,195 min - 1.37,085 min - 1.37,115 min - 1.38,042 min - 1.37,817 min - 1.37,639 min - 1.37,391 min - 1.37,542 min - 1.37,377 min - 1.37,428 min 1.37,717 min - 1.38,717 min - Box. Leclercs zweiter Turn dauerte nur 10 Runden: 1.37,470 min - 1.37,392 min - 1.37,614 min - 1.38,035 min - 1.37,814 min - 1.37,927 min - 1.38,274 min - 1.37,946 min - 1.38,181 min - 1.38,604 min - Box.
Gasly and Leclerc have also completed their second stages of the race. Gasly cut a better figure on the hard tires than the Ferrari driver with the medium soles. Compare times. Here is Gasly: 1.37.004 min - 1.37.37.336 min - 1.37.195 min - 1.37.085 min - 1.37.115 min - 1.38.042 min - 1.37.817 min - 1.37.639 min - 1.37.391 min - 1.37 , 542 min - 1.37.377 min - 1.37.428 min 1.37.717 min - 1.38.717 min - Box. Leclerc's second turn lasted only 10 rounds: 1.37.470 min - 1.37.392 min - 1.37.614 min - 1.38.035 min - 1.37.814 min - 1.37.927 min - 1.38.274 min - 1.37.946 min - 1.38, 181 min - 1.38.604 min - box.
