For example, I don’t think that Ferrari will be behind Alfa Romeo.
The reality is that rarely the pecking order right after testing has been a good representation of what the first race offers (which also may be due to the fact that the first race of the season has been in Australia which isn’t a very typical track, at least not compared to Barcelona were the tests used to be).
