...actually, I was hoping for Paddy.
In the latest Netflix series, he didn't look good. A TD that couldn't take responsibility for the mess resulted to Williams missing half of the testing... Not good.

As for the other members that are worried about the # of ex-Ferrari personnel.
As for the number of ex Ferrari personnel at the top. Well, that will not go well for the Ferrari! I mean Todt definitely didn't help them, Brawn destroyed them with Brown GP and Mercedes, Tombazis is not making them any favors regarding the TD etc. And remember, most of them (apart from Brawn) where fired!

Hopefully old Stefano is better at running F1 than he was at running the Ferrari F1 team.

I wonder if his family's banking connections has anything to do with the position.

He did a very good job at Ferrari though. Many wins.

I would say the Ferrari strategist during the Domenicali time was the real weak point...

Honda leaving will give him some instant headaches. Redbull will try to pull a favour in the engine rules before taking over Honda’s project.

He's doing an AMA on reddit

Wonder if they will even find a question he will answer

The best F1 news in a long time. Given how sudden this seems to be, was he pushed out?
I don’ think this is sudden at all, it has been rumored for months now

it's nice to see that the new CEO doesn't support the race to the bottom just to make some people feel better.

https://www.grandprix.com/news/f1-ceo-m ... g-cap.html
Stefano Domenicali has suggested that Formula 1 may in fact not support moves to install an annual $30 million per team limit on driver salary spending.
"A team's two drivers are the spearhead that unites the ambitions of a team with hundreds of other people," the Italian added.

"(Lewis) Hamilton's brilliance, and the sort of risks that (Romain) Grosjean took in Bahrain last year, remind us that the drivers are the heart of the entire show," said Domenicali.

Another win for old school, no fake drama fans.

Domenicali says no to 2 day race weekends.
