They haven't and just increasing rake well not solve anything but make things worse. The brake ducts, the front wing, everything is different for high rake and low rake.
That looks new, the notch (for lack of a better term) looks like it's much more severe. also the INEOS section looks to no longer have a rounded corner.
Unless they've put the PETRONAS stickers differently, the shape of the sidepods looks different. The slope is far more aggressive and deep - are they going for Aston Martin-style sidepods (where the slope connects with the floor)?
We'll probably know for sure tomorrow once the car is fully assembled, so I won't get carried away...

I might be wrong, but this update from Imola was not displayed yet. The initial long vane was replaced by a much horter one, curved, to guide the airflow inwards and manage the rear tyre squirt. It went with the revised diffuser :
